Unless otherwise specified in your individual Letter of Engagement, any disputes arising from these Terms of Service or the utilization of this website shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. By engaging our services, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York County.
Either party may terminate the attorney-client relationship at any time upon written notice. If the Client terminates the agreement after a settlement has been negotiated or assets have been frozen, the Firm reserves the right to place a legal lien on the recovered assets for the agreed-upon contingency percentage or the hourly equivalent of the legal work performed.
