Terms of Retainer & Legal Engagement

1. Scope of Representation

By executing a formal Letter of Engagement, you authorize MyAssetRecovery ("the Firm") to act as your exclusive legal counsel in matters pertaining to the tracing, freezing, and recovery of stolen digital assets, fiat currency, or fraudulent investments. The exact scope of litigation, targeted jurisdictions, and authorized actions will be explicitly detailed in your personalized retainer agreement.

2. Fee Structure & "No-Win, No-Fee" Policy

We operate on a transparent, hybrid contingency model to align our firm’s interests directly with your recovery success:

• Contingency Fee: The majority of our compensation is derived from a predetermined percentage of the successfully recovered funds. If we do not recover your assets, we do not collect this fee.
• Administrative/Filing Retainer: Depending on the jurisdiction and complexity of the blockchain forensics required, a nominal upfront retainer may be necessary to cover out-of-pocket expenses, such as court filing fees, sworn translations, and enterprise forensic software costs.

3. Client Obligations

To ensure the highest probability of success, the Client agrees to:

• Provide fully accurate, truthful, and complete records of all transactions, communications, and contracts related to the fraud.
• Cease all independent communication with the suspected scammers or fraudulent brokers once legal representation begins.
• Respond to the Firm’s requests for documentation or affidavits in a timely manner.

4. No Guarantees Clause

While our firm maintains an exceptional success rate in cross-border litigation and asset freezing, the practice of law and cyber-investigation is not an exact science. We cannot, and do not, legally guarantee a specific outcome or a 100% recovery of your funds. Our commitment is to deploy the most aggressive, legally sound strategies available under international law to maximize your recovery potential.

5. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

Unless otherwise specified in your individual Letter of Engagement, any disputes arising from these Terms of Service or the utilization of this website shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. By engaging our services, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York County.

6. Termination of Representation

Either party may terminate the attorney-client relationship at any time upon written notice. If the Client terminates the agreement after a settlement has been negotiated or assets have been frozen, the Firm reserves the right to place a legal lien on the recovered assets for the agreed-upon contingency percentage or the hourly equivalent of the legal work performed.
